High School Year Program in Panama

Attend a Panamanian high school for one academic year and live with a local family.

Live with a volunteer host family in one of over 40 communities throughout the country and attend a full academic year in a local high school.

You can take part in optional trips to amazing places such as the San Blas Islands, Bocas del Toro, climb the Barú Volcano (the highest in the country), visit an indigenous tribe in the jungle surrounding the Panama Canal and watch the Panama City skyline, rated as one of the best in the continent.

Eligibility Requirements

Accepted for thw 2023-24 school year in Panama are students born from 25 September 2005 to 25 March 2008.
