LEARNING
An Academic school Year Program during which Students live with Host Families, attend Public Secondary-Schools and participate in different cultural activities in their hosted community.Tunisian People are well known for their hospitalities. This program will offer high school students the opportunity to become immersed in Tunisian culture while living with a host family and attending a Tunisian high school. School attendance is mandatory, as are specific AFS orientations and activities.
All this will give you an excellent opportunity to explore Tunisia, its culture, its history, and landscape in different ways. There will always be a volunteer and a staff member willing to support you whenever needed. Their only wishes are to turn this year into a lifelong experience.
Language Level Needed Upon Arrival: Basic English is required (B1).
