Ghana

Ghana is a West African country, bordered to the north with Burkina Faso, to the east with Togo, to the south with the Atlantic Ocean and to the west with Ivory Coast. The estimated population of Ghana in 2012 was 24,652,402 (51% female, 49% male). With a tropical climate – wet and hot in the southwest and hot and dry in the north – Ghana has much diversity with different religions, ethnicities, cultures and dialects.
